Obituary of Jacqueline Robert

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Jackie, surrounded by her family, on October 7, 2018 at the age of 54. Beloved wife and best friend to Ken, with whom she celebrated 30 years of marriage. Loving Momma to Natalie (Michael Wellmann) and Marissa (Nicholas McQueen), and dog-mom to Molly. Cherished daughter to the late Alfred (2016) and Anna Duguay, and daughter-in-law to Larry and Anne Robert. Dear sister to Jeannine Duguay and Lisa (Serafim) Almeida. Sister-in-law to Jackie Kavanaugh and Janice (Walter) Lindquist. Treasured aunt to Stephanie (Brendan) Ruggaber, Emilie Pellerin (Alec Lajoie), Marc Pellerin, Nicholas Almeida, Kailyn Almeida, Sarah Kavanaugh, and Bradley Kavanaugh. Jackie will be missed and remembered by her many friends, especially Sue Gagnon, Lois Limoges, and Laura Conrad " thank you for your loving care and support. Jackie was a nurse with VON where she dedicated 29 years of her career, followed by 3 additional years at Family Services. A special thank you to everyone who supported Jackie and our family at her cancer fundraiser in October 2017. Thank you to Dr. Elfiki, Dr. Elashaal, Dr. Hermiz, and Dr. Figaro, the nurses and staff on the 8th Floor at Ouellette Campus, and the Chemo Suite at Met Campus, Dave from St. Elizabeth"s, Dr. Gbadamosi "Moji," and the staff at Hospice for their exceptional care of Jackie. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road East 519-253-7234 on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 2-4pm and from 6-9pm. Parish prayers at 3:45pm. A funeral service to take place on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 9:45am from the funeral home going to St. Anne"s Parish (12233 Tecumseh Road East) for Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In memory of Jackie, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Windsor Essex.
