Obituary of June Anne Pollard

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear June on September 25, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Cherished wife to Ted, with whom she would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Friday, September 28th. Loving mom to Kathy (Steve) Schultz, Jackie (Greg) Hale, and Jamie Pollard. Proud Gram and Birdie to Amanda (Larry), Sean, Chris, Nathan, Irelynn, Taylor and Brooklynn. Treasured Great-Grandma Turkey to Larry and Aurora. Grandma to her special boys, Mayhem and Bear-Bear. Remembered by her siblings, Marlene (the late Ross), Marg, Gwen, Jill, and Jack. June will be missed by her sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A special thank you to her caregivers at Metropolitan ICU for their compassion and care. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road, East 519-253-7234 on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 7pm-9pm. Visitation to continue on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 1pm until the time of June"s Funeral Service at 2pm. Cremation to follow. For those who wish, and in memory of June, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Windsor Cancer Centre.
