Obituary of Peter Gerard O'Quinn

O"QUINN, Peter GerardOctober 3, 1939 " July 31, 2018With great sadness we announce the passing of Peter Gerard O"Quinn peacefully at home with his wife and family by his side on July 31, 2018. Leaving to mourn is his loving family. Beloved wife Mary P. Beaudoin-O"Quinn of 40 years. Cherished father to Sean (pd. 2010), Colleen (John) Videcak of Woodstock, ON, Carmel (Timothy "Woody") Rooms of Windsor, ON, Diane (Dave) Tucker of Newfoundland, Linda (Gary) Clark of Windsor, ON, Valerie (Blair) of Windsor, ON, and David (Sherri-lynn) Gaudett of St. Isidore, AB. He will be missed dearly by his 25 loving grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Dear brother to James, Phonse (Pat) O"Quinn, Ann (Sandy) of Scarborough, Jean Brake and Emmie Crocker of Corner Brook, NL, and Joan and Theresa of Windsor. Predeceased by his parents Ralph & Mary O"Quinn, brother Joseph (Ruthanne) O"Quinn, and sister Marg & Dan O"Keefe. Also predeceased by mother and father in-law Edmund and Johanna Beaudoin of NL, and Bob Beaudoin of Carcross, Yukon. Brother in-law to Gord Galpin of Windsor, Stanley Brake of Corner Brook, Andy Doxtator of Windsor, Jake Hoyles, Len Moores, and Linda Beaudoin of NL. Survived by Edward (Pat) Beaudoin of Windsor, David (Bev) of Appleton, NL, Clyde Beaudoin of Yukon, Sandra Hoyles & Marlaies, and Aime Beaudoin of NL. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to daughter Valerie and granddaughter Michelle Gaudett for your help and support. We would also like give a special thank you to Micah and the hospice team. Mary would also like to thank the lifelong support of his nephews Chris and Gord O"Keefe. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234. on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. A celebration of Peter"s life will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel. A memorial service will be announced at a later date in Curling, NL.
