Obituary of Vincent Trojansek

TROJANSEK, Vincent (Vinko)It is with loving and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father and Dida. Passed away at Windsor Regional Hospital on July 5, 2018 at the age of 73. Born in Menge", Slovenia on July 16, 1944 to the late Alojz and Marija (nee Cebasek ) Trojansek. Beloved husband to Nevenka (Nellie) for 51 wonderful years. Cherished father to Nancy and husband Carlo Arnini, and their loving families. Adored Dida to his precious granddaughter, Eva Arnini. Predeceased by his only son Robbie (2002) and surviving wife Sandy Trojansek. Devoted brother to Tony and Jo"ica Trojansek of Windsor, Stefan (Slovenia) and sister Toncka (Slovenia) and their families. Predeceased by brothers Jo"e and France (Slovenia). Cherished brother-in-law to Barb and Gary Crumb, Erika, Natalie and Ryan Carbert and family (Calgary). Son-in-law to the late Marica and Slavo Vinski. Relative of Branka and late Iva Frketic and family (Mississauga). Nada and Nikola Planinac and family (Croatia). Loving uncle to Irene and family, Tony Jr., John Trojansek and Darlene and Christopher Montgomery and Family (Whitby). Along with numerous nieces and nephews in Windsor and Slovenia. Many relatives in Niagara Falls and Toronto area. Vinko was an avid gardener and passionate about his beautiful flowers. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council #11774, Slovenian Cultural Club Zvon and a CAW member. Thank you to the caring ICU Staff of Windsor Regional Hospital. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh Rd, E., 519-253-7234 on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 3-5pm and 7-9 pm. Knights of Columbus, Council #11774 prayers Sunday at 7:45pm followed by parish prayers at 8 pm. Funeral Service on Monday , July 9, 2018 at 9:15 am from the Funeral Home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10 am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church Building Fund or the Heart & Stoke Foundation.
