Obituary of Andja Dragicevic

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Andja (Anna) Dragicevic. The community may remember her best in her white apron behind the counter of Lad's restaurant for 59 years. However, her family will remember her as a selfless, hardworking, generous, kindhearted mother and grandmother! She will be deeply missed and forever remembered fondly by all that were fortunate enough to know her. To be in her presence was to feel uplifted and her smile held the warmth of the sun. May she rest in peace. Andja was predeceased by her husband Lazar, her brothers Dusan, Petar and Dragan(Doug) Dobrich, her sisters Mileva Bibic and Marija Krstanovic. She leaves behind 5 children (Susie, Marianne, Angela, Gina and George), 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, along with her dear brothers Mike Dobrich, George Dobrich, and sister Djuja (Julie) Krickic. A Visitation will be held on Saturday November 7, 2020 at Gracanica Serbian Orthodox Church (1960 Meldrum Rd.) from 11am until 12pm, followed by a private family Funeral Service. A Private interment will follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Masks are required at Visitation, Funeral Service and Cemetery.
