Obituary of Giovanni Andreozzi

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Giovanni on Monday, January 13, 2020 surrounded by his loving and cherished family. Beloved husband to Domenica of 60 years. Adored father of David (Roxana), Marko and Danny. Proud Nonno of Dr. Christina Andreozzi (Dr. Mark Sak) and Jonathan Andreozzi (Ashley Lyon). Treasured Bisnonno to Nicholas, Patrick, Katherine and Iris. Survived by his siblings Assunta, Palmina, Natalino, Filomena, Mario and Loreto. Predeceased by his sister Angelina. He will be greatly missed by his many family, friends, nieces and nephews. He was a dedicated supervisor for Ford Motor Company for 30 years, known as “Papa Gino” by his friends and co-workers. Dedicated to his family and friends and had a passion for food, wine, gardening and he loved to use his hands helping others with home renovation projects. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 6-9pm and Friday, January 17, 2020 form 2-4pm & 6-9pm. Parish prayers at 3:30pm. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 8:45am with procession to St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave.) for the Funeral Mass at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In appreciation donations may be made in memory of Giovanni to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation.
