Obituary of Lorraine Marion

MARION, Lorraine "Ollie"(Nee Ouellette)Passed away peacefully on January 17, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Reunited with her loving husband Ernest "Ernie" (2013). Loving mother of Jerome (Jerry) and wife Gladys, late Denise(2006) and Mark Marion. Survived by son-in-law Bill Petruniak (Denise Adam). Cherished grandmother of Stacey Marion, Jennifer (Lindy) Petruniak, Christine (Jason) Joliceour, Jason (Julia) Petruniak and Scott Marion (Zuzka Szanvoca). Loving great grandmother of 6 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Margaret Maisano and late Eugene Ouellette. Predeceased by her parents Etienne and Eva Ouellette. Lorraine retired from General Motors after many years of dedicated service. Lorraine was also an active member of the CWL at St. Anne Parish and Local 1973. A special thank you to Dr. Seski and staff on the 5th floor at Windsor Regional Hospital- Metropolitan Campus, the staff at Riverside Place, the staff at St. Clair Beach Retirement Home, and Laurie and the staff from C.C.A.C. for your care and compassion given to Lorraine. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Friday January 19, 2018 from 2-5 & 7 - 9 PM. C.W.L Prayers Friday at 3:30pm. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at St. Anne's Church (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) on Saturday January 20, 2018 from 10:00 AM until time of Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at St. Anne's Cemetery. In memory of Lorraine memorial donations may be made to the St. Anne Aspire Campaign.
