Obituary of Betty Jean Drouillard

It is with extreme sadness that we say good bye, rest peacefully to our wonderful mother, grandma, Betty at the age of 87. Betty was the daughter of the late Anthony and Eva Turrell. Loving wife of the late Bill (1994) and cherished mother of Bill Jr. She will be sadly missed by Josh Griffin wife Jackie. Grandma Betty adored and was loved by her granddaughters Rebekah and Evelyn Griffin. Pre-deceased by brothers and sisters Evelyn Ellis (George); Rachel Badder (Russ); Donald Turrell (Jean); Marion Turrell; Thomas Turrell; Doreen Gamble; Gordon Turrell (2016) and his wife Carrie and baby brother sister Murray and Audrie Madelene. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Mom worked tirelessly and with great pride as a homemaker. A longtime resident of Stanton Manor, she developed and maintained many friendships. In later years, she encountered countless illnesses " yet, she strived to live on. She was a fighter, an extremely proud lady; my best friend. She will be fondly remembered by all those whose paths she crossed. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234. on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 3-5 pm 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 7:30 pm. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (834 Raymo Rd.) for visitation beginning at 10 am until time of Betty"s Funeral Mass at 11 am.
