Obituary of Pavao Cvitkovic

CVITKOVIC, Pavao "Paul" Born on December 19, 1932 in Croatia. It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Paul, a loving Husband, Father and Grandpa on November 4, 2017 at the age of 84. Beloved husband to the late Kata (2014), cherished father to Mirica Hermle (Cvitkovic) and proud grandpa to Katrina. Brother to Mira Balent and Darinka Stedul in Croatia. Paul will be missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Croatia and especially by cousin Joe Maglicic of Toronto. Predeceased by parents Ana and Jura Cvitkovic and brothers Jurica, Janko and Mija Cvitkovic. He was a loyal employee of Chrysler Canada for many years, and was a faithful member of St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church. He was a true outdoorsman, and enjoyed his beautiful garden. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 6-9pm. Parish Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Services on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 9:15am from the funeral home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church (1701 Turner Rd) for Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Entombment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy and to honour Paul"s life, memorial donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation or to St. Francis of Assisi Church Building Fund.
