Obituary of Murray Ross Maddams

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Murray Ross Maddams on August 13, 2017 with his loving family by his side. Devoted and much-loved husband to Anna Petrozzi and cherished father to Corri and husband Jason Sencaj, and Jaime Maddams. Proud Papa to Madison, Sydney, Erin, and Brady. He will be missed by brother Doug and wife Nicky Maddams, mother-in-law Antonetta, brother-in-law, Riccardo, and extended family and friends. Murray was predeceased by parents Ross and Eileen, and father-in-law Erminio. Murray had a lifelong passion for physical fitness, fast cars, football, NASCAR, boxing and WWII history. He enjoyed a good steak, movies, travel, classic rock and everything Italian. A special thank you to the ICU team at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus, especially Anita and Loretta, for your care and compassion through this journey. Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Road, East on Thursday, August 17 from 1:00 pm " 3:00pm and from 6:00 pm " 9:00 pm. Parish prayers to take place at 2:30 pm. Funeral services on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 11:00 am from the funeral home then to St. Anne"s Parish (Tecumseh) for Funeral Mass at 11:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
