Obituary of Ela Angelina Scott

Aug 3, 1926-July 10, 2017Passed away peacefully with her boys at her side at 90 years of age. Predeceased by husband Robert James Scott (1961). Loving mother to Bob (Terri-Ann), John (Yvonne) and Jim (Heather). Dear Nonna to James Kitzul (Isabelle), Jessica Kitzul, Jordan Scott (Michael), Christine Ellwood (Ian), and Sarah Scott. Great-Nonna to Anderson Kitzul and Addison Ellwood. Predeceased by siblings Nelda (Matthew), Louis (Teresa), and Lenilo, survived by sister-in-law Barbara. She will be sadly missed by lifelong friends Barb Taylor, Tulio (late Eleanor) Tremonti and many nieces, nephews and friends. Ela spent 38 years with CIBC while raising her 3 loving sons on her own. Special thanks to Dr. F. DeMarco and the kind staff at Sunrise Senior Living, and to the staff at Para-Med for their tender care. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Thursday July 13, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Prayers Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday July 14, 2017 at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd) from 10:00 a.m. until Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Downtown Mission, Enable Haiti or Make a Wish Foundation of Southwestern Ontario would be appreciated.
