Obituary of Joseph Edgar Vachon

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of my dear brother Edgar. Age 73. Reunited with his beloved mother, Cecile & fathers Aldebert Vachon & Leo LaFortune. Loving brother of Claude & Karen Vachon. Predeceased by his brothers, Roger & wife Marie Vachon, Jacques Vachon, his sister, Jeanne Vachon. He will be missed by nephews, Joel (Regina), Gilles, Joe, Sebastien and niece, Beth (Jeff). Our heartfelt thanks go out to Community Living Windsor for their loving care and support over the many years. We also wish to thank Met Hospital, Cancer Centre, and the HDGH Palliative Care for their compassion during Edgar"s stay. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E, 519.253.7234 on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 7-9pm. A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 10:00am. Cremation will follow. A private family interment will take place at St. Alphonsus Cemetery. In kindness, donations may be made in Edgar"s name to the Cancer Centre Foundation.
