Obituary of Veleka Kotevich

KOTEVICH, Veleka <br/><br/>March 22, 1927 - September 28, 2020 <br/><br/> <br/><br/> It is with saddened hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Veleka on Monday, September 28, 2020 at the age of 93. Reunited with her husband James (1990) at last. She will be deeply missed by her sons William (Loretta pd. 2020), Carl (Deborah Boersma) and Edward. Adored Baba of Kyle (Laura) and Michael (Karen). Loving great-grandmother of Quinn and Malcolm. Veleka loved gardening, nature and cooking. Her real joy was spending time with her family and was proud of her Macedonian heritage. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave., 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Prayers at 7:30pm. Visitation will resume on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am. *Please call Windsor Chapel Funeral Home between the hours of 8am-4pm at 519-253-7234 to reserve a seat for the service - limited seating is available. Private burial to follow due to restrictions in place. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in appreciation to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor-Essex County.
