Obituary of Lillian Elizabeth Thomson

THOMSON, Lillian Elizabeth (nee Spiers) Passed away at Riverside Place on March 12, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Predeceased by former husband Donald. Beloved mother of Randy Thomson (Marianne), late Douglas Thomson surviving wife Barb (Bruce Steffke) and late Joyce Thomson. Cherished grandmother of William, Jeffery, Tina, Lisa and great grandmother of 7. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Lillian will be remembered for her love of her family, and her passion for gardening. The family would like to thank all of the Doctors and Nurses at WRH-Met Campus and a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Riverside Place for all their expertise, compassion and loving care given to mom. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Tuesday March 14, 2017 from 7-9 pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday March 15, 2017 from 10 am until time of funeral Service beginning at 11:30 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
