Passed away peacefully at the age of 49 surrounded by her family on March 4, 2017. Beloved soulmate to Rick Fortier. Cherished mom to Derrick, Hailey and Charlie. Loving daughter to Lino and the late Doreen Truant. Dear sister to Terry Truant (Lori). Susan will be missed her extended family and friends.
