Obituary of John Kaschak

"Johnny Kash" Passed away peacefully on November 27, 2016 at WRH " Ouellette at the age of 80. Beloved husband of 58 years to the late Jeanne Kaschak. Loving father to John Kaschak Jr. and wife Janice, and James "Jimmy" Kaschak and wife Cathy. Cherished grandfather to Keith, Brandon (Amanda), and Shayna. Great-grandfather to Kristopher, Kooper and Ava June. Remembered always by his brother Mike (Margaret) and predeceased by his brothers Nick, Ed and Bill "Biggie". Brother-in-law to Ginette (George) Jarvis, Gus (Vera) Mercier and the late Marquis, Guy, Marshall and Gill. Also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as the many friends he made throughout the years as a member of the Moose Lodge, Royal Canadian Legion, Windsor Sportsman, Chrymoto Club, Club 240, U.C.T., Knights of Columbus as well as the many others he was a part of. Many people will remember and be touched by John"s great passion for the Windsor Central Little League of which he was a Coach, Manager, President and Honourary Board member for over 50 years. Visitation for this #1, die hard New York Yankees Fan will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
