Obituary of Karen St. Pierre

ST.PIERRE Karen (nee Johnson) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Karen, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister on October 17, 2016 at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife and best friend of 45 years to Richard (Rick) St. Pierre. Loving and devoted mother of Randy (Jaime), Douglas (Missy) and Monica (Emmerson). Predeceased by parents Ronald & Edna Johnson and survived by Grandma Olga. Cherished grandma of Aubrey, Jakob, Deion, McKenzie and Dylan. Dear sister to the late Ken, and survived by brother Gary (Cheryl). Also survived by many relatives. Karen retired from the LCBO after 21 years of dedicated service. In her pastime, she enjoyed playing darts, bingo, camping and spending time at the casino. Karen will be remembered for having a big, generous heart that was always giving. She always put everyone before herself. A heartfelt thank you to Windsor Regional Hospital, CCAC, Bayshore & Hospice for their excellent and compassionate care provided to Karen and her family. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Thursday October 20, 2016 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service to celebrate Karen"s life will be held on Friday October 21, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy and to honour Karen"s life, memorial donations may be made to Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation or Hospice of Windsor & Essex County.
