Obituary of Joseph Mathias Steinhoff

STEINHOFF, Joseph "Joe" Passed away peacefully on August 5, 2016 at the age of 80. Will be missed by loving companion and best friend, Shirley Robinson. Dear father of Bob and wife Chris, Cheryl and husband Gary Bechard, and Barb. Loving step-father to Debbie and Stan Couvillion, Dianne and John Webb, Donna and Darrin Ellis, and Cathy and Jamie Buhler. Dear "papa" to 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear son of the late Harvey and Maude Steinhoff. Brother to Loretta (late Italo Chiarotti), Mary (late Roger Hebert), Gladys (Carey Blais) and predeceased by Katherine Hayes, Lee, Ron, Gerald, Tommy, Johnny and Walter (Archie). Joe will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. The family extends a heart felt thank you to Dr. Oozer and his staff, the doctors, nurses and staff at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus for the care and concern shown towards Joe. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road East 519.253.7234 on Monday, August 8, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Visiting continues on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until time of celebration of life at 11:00 in the Chapel.
