Obituary of Phyllis Josephine Duguay

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Phyllis on July 7, 2016 with her family by her side at the age of 81 years. Reunited with her loving husband Lionel (1997). Dear mother of Linda (Ray) Unis, Wayne (Debbie) Duguay, Denise (Norm) Sirois, Michael Duguay, Sandra (Ray) Szucki, Georgina (Bruce) Duguay, Steven (Sheila) Duguay and Rachel (Ted) Duguay. Proud grandmother of 16 grand children, 23 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Phyllis is joining her canine companion Brutus (2011), son-in-law Norm (2009) and grandson Stefan Jankowski (2011) in Heaven. She will be sadly missed by her good friends Madeleine and Carol. A special thank you for the compassionate care received by Megan (RN) and Patricia (PSW). Visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (East Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016, in the Chapel. Cremation to follow. Donations made in memory of Phyllis to the Hospice of Windsor or to the Windsor Essex County Humane Society are welcomed and appreciated.
