Obituary of William Edward Tremblay

TREMBLAY, William Edward Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Sandra Tremblay (nee Shaw, 1972). Special friend of the late Jean Latham (2001). Cherished father of Heather and David Tremblay. Loving Gramps of Bill and Kate Tremblay. Predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Ivy Tremblay (nee Braddick). Brother of the late Elanor (late Manley) Matte, Victoria (late Frank) Miller, late Gilbert Tremblay, late Barbara Jean Tremblay, Richard (Marianne) Tremblay, and Robert (late Bonnie) Tremblay. Son-in-law of Erie and Lillian Shaw (nee Reid). Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Bill worked with his brother-in-law Manley Matte for 30 years at Matte’s Plumbing before retiring to spend a quiet and peaceful life with family. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234, on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 2, at 10 a.m. Due to COVID-19, reservations are required to attend the funeral service.
