Holmes, Tom Passed away on May 10, 2016 at the age of 75 years. Husband of the late Vivian(2004). Loving & caring father of Mark (Brenda) and Kimberly (Ken). Predeceased by daughter Patricia (2013). Grandfather of Jordain. Beloved brother of Randy and wife Karen and Maureen Richie and husband Bill. Visitation to be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (East Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Friday May 13, 2016 from 2- 5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service on Saturday May 14, 2016 at 11:00am in our Chapel, Rev. Robert Lemon officiating. Cremation to follow.
