Obituary of Antonia Zbogar

Passed away peacefully on February 24, 2016 at the age of 78, surrounded by her loving family. Reunited with her dear parents Marianna and Calogero, and sister Maria. Loving mother of Claudio. Will be missed by her best friend of 18 years, Mario Pintus. Survived by her sister Rosalia Costenaro (her late husband Luciano) and brothers Emanuele and wife Caterina "Rita" Chiarenza, and Giusesppe "Joe"Chiarenza and Karen Brown. Nina will be missed by many nieces, nephews and family in Canada and Italy. Nina was a dedicated member of the CWL at St. Angela Merici Church as well as a member of the choir, a volunteer at Hospice and was a member of the Caboto Club Woman"s Auxiliary. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday February 29, 2016 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish Prayers will be held at 4:30 pm in the Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday March 1, 2016 at 8:45 am from the Funeral Home to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
