Obituary of Michael Sean Kenny

It is with heavy hearts that the Kenny family announces the sudden passing of Michael at home with his fianc"e by his side Marlina Simao and children Ethan and Alyssa "China". "Michael was called into Heaven. He is survived by his father Gerard and mother Rhonda. Dear brother to Laura (Bruce) Mofford, Paul (Trish) Kenny and Jillian Kenny. Proud uncle to Mackenzie (godchild), Riley, Zachary Mofford and Finnegan Kenny. Loving grandchild to Nellie Hart. Michael will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special cousin Leah Rigby. Michael was most happy when his family came together sharing in good food, street hockey games, cheering on the Montreal Canadians & the Blue Jays and looked most forward to the annual Nova Scotia trips. He had a passion for Music, Aviation and the stars. Visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Prayers at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Saturday, January 9, 2016 at St. Vincent de Paul Church (2015 Balfour Blvd, Windsor) at 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. As per Michael wishes cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations made in memory of Michael to the Brentwood Recovery Foundation are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
