ZANETTI, Elsa (nee Colautti) Born on March 5, 1923 in Cusano, Italy. Passed away on October 26, 2015 Beloved wife of the late Vittorio (1996). Loving mother to John and wife Jane, and Lora and husband Bruno DeDomenicis. Adored Nonna to Mark (Yin) Zanetti, Geoff (Amy) Zanetti, Adrian DeDomenicis, and Mara (Jason Gotwalt). Dear Bis-Nonna to Grant, Julie, and Nora. Loving daughter to the late Maria and Osvaldo Colautti. Dear sister to Silvano (Lydia), Ennis (late Pat) and predeceased by Elio (Rosina), and Sergio (Norma). Predeased by her Zia Palmira Santarossa. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends in Canada, Italy, Argentina, France and the United States. Elsa was a member of the Caboto Club Ladies Auxiliary, Italian Seniors Association and the biggest fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. She loved to cook, bake and her family brought her the most joy especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Dolce Vita Retirement Home for the care and compassion shown to Elsa.
