Obituary of Pamela Pratt

With heavy hearts, we mourn Pam"s passing on September 30, 2015. Beloved twin sister to Penny Hardwick (Chris), and loving sister to Doreen Higginbottom and Diana Smith. Leaving behind several beloved nieces and nephews. Dedicated employee of Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital (WRH - Ouellette Campus) as a ward clerk of pre-admission. Arrangements have been entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. At Pam"s request, cremation has already taken place. Any donations would be graciously accepted at the Renal Dialysis Unit Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital or the Transition to Betterness Foundation.
