Dear Kathleen and family, Please accept Marlene''s and my most sincere condolences on your loss. Frank was a most active and respected veteran and member of pour regimental association, but veto me he was particularly helpful in maintaining our connections with Dragoons in SW Ontario and supporting regimental and Corps events.
