Obituary of Susan Platt

PLATT, Susan Patricia (nee Wilcox) Passed away peacefully with her family and friends by her side on Saturday August 22nd, 2015 at the age of 45, after a courageous battle. Loving wife of David Platt. Proud mother of Owen and Adam Platt. Daughter of Neil (2008) and Marilyn Wilcox. Daughter-in-law of Tony and Sandra Platt. Adored sister to Karen Trainer. Beloved sister-in-law to Dan and Christine Cianferro. Cherished aunt to Johnny, Reagan, Hannah, Nicole, Faith, Emily, and Eric. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday August 30, 2015 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 p.m. Visitation will continue at the Church of the Ascension (1385 University Ave. W.) on Monday August 31, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
