Obituary of Elizabeth Caroline Galvin

GALVIN, Elizabeth C. (nee Kiefer) Passed away suddenly, yet peacefully at 81 years of age. Born in Windsor July 26th, 1934 and died August 13th, 2015 to join her beloved late husband, William (July 2012). Cherished mother of Michael and wife Anne (Goggins), Monica and husband Dave Findlay, Mark and wife Sandra (Reed). Much loved Nana of Trevor, Ross, Matt, Jordynn, Kyle, John and Luke. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Elisabeth Kiefer, and her brother Joseph P. Kiefer. Special thanks to the staff of Huron Lodge Poplar Unit for the phenomenal care she received as a resident the last three years. She will be fondly remembered for her sense of humour, love of musicals, generosity of self, and undying love for her family. Mrs. Galvin was a former employee of the City of Windsor and Hiram Walkers. As per Mrs. Galvin"s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services.
