Passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home with her loving family by her side on August 12, 2015. Reunited with her husband Kazimierz Brukacz. Cherished Mamusia of Barbara Nawrocki, Elizabeth and husband Darek Czarnota, Joanna Gyozo and Beata and husband Wieslaw Slusarczyk. Adored Babcia of Maria, Kamila, Anna, Kasia, Paul, Victoria, Michael and Prababcia of 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Friday August 14, 2015 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Friday at 8:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Holy Trinity Polish Church (1035 Ellis Street E.) on Saturday August 15, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
