MESSINA, Liboria (nee Lucchese) With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our loving Mother and Nonna on March 20, 2015 at the age of 84 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus. Reunited with her beloved husband Salvatore (2010). Loving and devoted mother of Vince and wife Joanne Messina, Toni and husband Tony Giacalone, Joe Messina and partner Stephanie Nelson, Pete and wife Jackie Messina, Rose and husband Joe Mannina, Tom and wife Cristina Messina. Cherished Nonna to Jamie, Erica, Giovanni, Celina, James and wife Natalie, David, Lauren, Nicole, Andrew, Sal, Michael, Daniel, Alex, Sonia and Great Nonna to Gavin, Alessia, Ethan and Cristiano. Dear sister to the late Gaetano and Rosina Lucchese, Bridget Settipani and late husband Biaggio, late Margherita Matranga and surviving husband Francesco, Lina Varia (Lucchese), and Sr. Susanna Lucchese.Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (MAIN CHAPEL) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Monday, March 23, 2015 from 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Funeral service on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 8:45 am from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
