Obituary of Serafina Fiorvento

FIORVENTO, Serafina (Nee Valente) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Serafina on March 1, 2015 at 92 years of age. Loving wife of Giuseppe for 67 years. Cherished mother of Libero and wife Paula, and Mary and husband John Marazita. Dearest nonna of Sara and husband Jason Balsdon, Michael and Matthew Fiorvento, and David and Robert Marazita. Adored nonni of Sofia Balsdon. Dear sister of the late Pasquale Valente and wife Donata, Domenico and wife Serafina Valente. Beloved sister-in-law of the late Cristina Simiele and Antonio, Nicola and Helena Fiorvento, the late Antonio and Anna Fiorvento, and the late Giuseppina and Remaldi Maselli. She will be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins throughout Canada, U.S., and Italy. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East on Tuesday March 3, 2015 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 4:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday March 4, 2015 at St. Anne"s Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
