Obituary of Caroline Jean Maika

MAIKA, Caroline Jean (nee Krawchuk) Passed away peacefully on January 7, 2015 surrounded by her loving family and friends at the age of 65. Devoted and loving wife to Thomas for 40 wonderful years. Cherished mother to Jean Ann Smith. Proud grandmother to 6 wonderful grandchildren. Caroline is reunited with her loving parents John and Jean Krawchuk. Dearest sister to Nickolas Krawchuck and wife Lodzia of Windsor. Sister-in-law to 6 from Michigan and 6 from Barry"s Bay Ontario. Caroline will be missed by her nephews Mark and Jonathan and many friends who have supported her throughout the years. A special thank you to the 3rd floor Nurses and Doctors of the Hotel Dieu Palliative care unit. Visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 519-2537234 1700 Tecumseh Rd E on Friday January 9, 2015 from 2 p.m. until the time of Prayer Service at 4 p.m. in the chapel.
