CROUCHMAN, Madeleine Passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 4, 2014. Loving wife and best friend of Jim for 46 years. Cherished mother of Monique and husband Gerald Levac. Much loved "Gammy" of Gannon and Nicholas. Dear sister of Claudiane (Victor) Vien and Andre (Eve) Lafontaine. Madeleine will also be missed by her nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Sunday December 7, 2014 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday December 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel.
