Obituary of Amy Eva Grace McGhie

McGHIE, Amy Eva Grace Passed away peacefully on November 16, 2014 at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus at the age of 60 years. Beloved wife of Robert McGhie. Loving mother of Jeffery (Nicole), Brittany, Donald (Paula), and Russell (Mary). Cherished grandmother of Emily, Willow, Emma, and Russell. Lovingly rememberd by her brother Gord and sisters Vickie and Stephanie. Predeceased by her brothers Russell and Jamie and sister-in-law Barbara. Amy was very active as a leader in Brownies and Girl Guides. She was also a volunteer with the Can Am Center. Perhaps her greatest joy was her involvement in all of her grandkid"s activities. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Donations made to the Windsor Essex County Cancer Center Foundation (Lung Cancer) in memory of Amy are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
