Obituary of Umberto Teti

TETI, Umberto "Albert" With heavy hearts and sadness, we regret to announce the loss of our beloved father, nonno, brother, uncle and friend on November 4, 2014 at 82 years of age with his loving daughter and son by his side. Born on August 12, 1932 in Mignano, Caserta, Italy. Reunited with his Loving wife Mafalda and son Louie Teti. Loving and adoring husband of the late Mafalda. Cherished father of sons Angelo and the late Louie and daughter Tonie. Adoring nonno of Jamie and Christopher. Albert will always be the best father to Angelo, hero to Jamie and Christopher and best friend and the heart of Tonie. Predeceased by his loving parents Nicola and Giovanna Teti. Dear brother of the late Giuseppe "Joe" and wife Maria Rosa Teti, the late Domenico and late wife Angela Teti, the late Rosina and Domenic Iannetta, the late Marietta and husband Antonio Pagano of Toronto, Iolanta and the late Gaetano Menetta , the late Antonio and late wife Linda Teti, the late Ludovico Teti, the late Lucia and late husband Carmine Dioduti, the late Domenica and late husband Pasquale Bucci all of Italy. Brother-in-law of Amerigo and wife Antonetta Marrocco, Renato and Marietta Marrocco of England and Giovanni and Paola Marrocco of Italy. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and other extended family in Canada and Italy. Albert was a dedicated hard working foreman in construction. He also loved being with his family, working in his garden and loved his Toronto Maple Leafs. His pride and joy was watching his grandsons play baseball and hockey. Albert will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him and will continue to live on in the hearts of family and friends. We will love and miss you until we are together again. Non ei scordiamo mai di te Papa and nonno. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 7-9p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, November 7, 2014 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Donations made in memory of Albert to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Windsor Essex County Cancer Center Foundation are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
