Obituary of Mariana Leferman

LEFERMAN, Mariana (nee Popovici) Passed away peacefully on August 17, 2014 at the age of 66 years. Loving mother of Adrian (Paula), Paul (Angelise), and Laura (Peter). Beloved daughter of Tudora and the late Gheorghe Popovici. Cherished Mamaia of Serena, Bano, Auggie, Daniel, Alaina, and Ariana. We were blessed to have the best mother in the world. She taught us to be kind and to love each other and to enjoy every moment. She was the greatest cook and exuded such gentleness that she was loved by all who knew her. If the world could have more mothers like ours it would be a better place by far. Love your parents and cherish all moments with family and loved ones as they end too fast. Mariana is also survived by her sisters Elizabeth and Helen and her many nieces, nephews, and friends. Family and friends are invited to gather at St. George"s Romanian Orthodox Cathedral (1960 Tecumseh Rd. E) on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Reverend George Sandulescu officiating.
