Obituary of Donald Urban

URBAN, Donald Passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2020 at the age of 85. Loving husband of Marjorie (nee Hedrick) for 61 years. Dear father of Karen, Darrell (Pat), and Don Jr.. Predeceased by his brothers Ken (Annette) and Larry. Proud Grandpa of Ryley and step-grandpa of Kris, Cory, and Jamie. Caring great-grandpa of 8 great grandchildren. Donald will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A special thank you to the paramedics, police, and fire for their kindness and compassion. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 form 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Friends are asked to meet directly at St. Theresa Catholic Church (1991 Norman Rd.) for a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 10am. Anyone wishing to attend the Funeral Mass is requested to RSVP by contacting Windsor Chapel at 519-253-7234 by Tuesday, July 14 between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm to secure a reservation. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. <b>PLEASE NOTE: MASKS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FACILITIES AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. ALL IN ATTENDANCE MUST WEAR A MASK.</b> If so desired, donations in memory of Donald may be made to the Downtown Mission or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
