MORNEAU, Francis W. 'Frank' Passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014, in Windsor, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Vivian (nee Quinn) (1992). Loved father of Frank & wife Pam, and Dan & wife Theresa Marie and beloved grandfather of Jennifer & husband Jeremy. Loved brother of Monique & husband Robert Goyeau. Predeceased by brothers Joseph and Vincent and sister Marion. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews. He was a former supervisor of the Windsor Utilities Commission. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
