Obituary of Sergio Antonio Ruzza

RUZZA, Sergio Antonio 89 years, passed peacefully with the love of his family, on Monday, July 6, 2020. Cherished husband of the late Tina Cardella. Loving Father to Emma (Danilo) Toniolo and Guy (Lori) Ruzza. Dear Grandpa of Sergio (Kristin), Dan (Stefania), Tina (Rob) and Bianca. Great-Grandpa of Steven, Layne, Benjamin, Alessandra, and Valentina. Son of the late Gaetano and Emma (nee Pezzolato) Ruzza. Brother of the late Ennio (surviving Isabella), late Ennia (late Antonio) Viale, late Leda (late Marco) Fossati, and late Anna (late Alessandro) Mauro. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Sergio came into Canada by boat in 1950 and married the love of his life Tina in 1951. After graduating from Wayne State in 1964, he proudly worked as a metallurgist at Chryslers, retiring in 1996. He had a passion for literature, soccer and wine. Family was everything to Sergio. He lived his life to the fullest.
