RUSTULKA, Lee Martin Passed away on May 21, 2014. Loved son of Betty and the late Carl Rustulka. Lee will be dearly missed by his sister Linda (Dennis) Holmes, and brothers Keith (Lori), Philip (Cheryl) and Gerald (Grace). He will also be remembered by his nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
