I would like to send my deepest condolences to the family.I had the pleasure of taking care of Adela at Chelsey Park.I will always remember her smile and her beautiful blue eyes when I spoke Polish to her.I know that she has left an imprint in my heart as well as the staff at Chelsey Park.She will be deeply missed. I will forever keep her in my prayers as well as your family.She was a very special person and I feel very blessed that our paths had crossed.I plan to order a mass at our Polish church here in London for Adela.
