My family and I want to express our sadness at James' passing. We knew him through our church, St. Marks, and he was always so very kind to my husband and I, and especially to our two young children. Both Peter (6) and Veronica (4) liked James very much because he was one of the grown ups who was so friendly to them, and sincerely interested in what they were doing. We found him to be a kind, thoughtful, intelligent man, and his presence will certainly be missed every Sunday. The world has lost one of its bright lights, but we know he has increased the brilliance of the family of heaven. --- we will remember him in our prayers
