Obituary of Wladyslaw Urban

URBAN, Wladyslaw Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Windsor Regional Hospital (Met Campus) at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Maj). Loving father of Eric Urban (Amy) and Maggy Urban (Ken McFarlan). Cherished grandfather of Liam. Also lovingly remembered by his sisters Maria Madyda and family, Krystyna Pricelac (Tom); sister-in-law Ewa Bago (Nolan), and many nieces and nephews. Wladyslaw was very active in the Polish community and a member of the Polish Club. Memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 8 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather at Holy Trinity Polish Church (1035 Ellis St.) on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 1 p.m. until time of Memorial Mass at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In honour of Wladyslaw, donations made to the Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
