Obituary of Gerard Silvio Belanger

BELANGER , Gerard Silvio " Gerry " Died peacefully with his family at his side at Malden Park on March 15, 2014 at the age of 93 years. Adoring husband to Bella ( nee LaBute ) sharing 72 wonderful years of love and marriage. Loving dad to Gerald & Pat, Brian & Iris and awaiting with open arms are his children Donald & Donna. Cherished pepe to 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Beloved brother to Ray, Rene, Richard , Louise and Madeline. Predeceased by 8 brothers and 1 sister. Dear uncle to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Gerry retired from Ford Motor Company where he worked for 39 years as a Millwright and a member of Local 200 Unifor. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
