Obituary of Marie Lillian Fernande LaPointe

LAPOINTE, Lillian (nee McFadden) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at the age of 88. Born in Ottawa, daughter of the late Harry McFadden & Rene-Amie Deschamps. Beloved wife of the late Rene LaPointe. Dear mother of the late Wilfred Laurier Deschamps, the late Marcel Dechamps, "Del" & wife Margurite Deschamps, the late Linda Deschamps, Reina Deschamps, and Rene LaPointe. Proud grandmother of Mary Thomas (Michael), Pamela Mosey (Frank), Debbie Hamilton, and Sherrie Deschamps, great grandmother of 8, and great-great grandmother of 2. Lillian is predeceased by her brothers Marcel and Harold McFadden and sister Loretta Bealleau. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E on Friday, February 28, 2014 from 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
