LAFORET, Leo Edward 1929 - 2014 Loving husband of Virginia (nee Stemmler) of 60 years. Beloved father of the late Cheryl Tuer (Terry), Susan Bressette (Matt), of Windsor and Rebecca Laforet Arseneau, of Niagara on the Lake. Dear Grandfather of Robyn Fehr (Frank), T. J. Tuer and Scott of Calgary, Melody Price (Rick), James Marchand (Lindsay), Rene Kucharski, and Jenna Kucharski, of Windsor. Adored Papa of Rachel Guest, Paige and Claire Perreault and Bill and Holly and 8 Great-Grandchildren. Son of the late Joseph Laforet and Ida Souillere. Brother of Rita Deschamps (late Peter Paul), Orville, of Mexico, the late Charles and Florence Gold. Brother-in-law of Clarence Boyle (late Marge) and Leatrice Stemmler. Leo was a dedicated employee of Chrysler's for 42 years, and was a life time member of the K of C Council #4924. Leo refereed Riverside Minor Hockey for 25 years. In lieu of flowers donations to the Frank Chauvin (Food for the Children ), St. Vincent de Paul - St. John Vianney Parish or the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family.
