Obituary of Stanka Derkovic

DERKOVIC, Stanka (nee Deur) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 12, 2013 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Milivoj, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage. Loving mother to Tomislav Pocedic and wife Nedjelka Tesija Pocedic. Cherished "Baba" to Marko Pocedic, Jelena Pocedic, and Eric Pocedic. Great-grandmother to Alexandria and Phoenix Pocedic. Dear sister to Sime in Brazil, and Stoja and Masa in Croatia, and their families. Dear sister in-law to Zorica Derkovic of Montreal. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives in Croatia. Stanka was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church and the Croatian Ladies Auxiliary, Council #11774. E. on Friday, November 15, 2013 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
