Obituary of Laura Lynn Hodgins

HODGINS, Laura Lynn (nee Best) Passed away peacefully on October 16, 2013 surrounded by her family's love at the age of 60 years. Best friend and loving wife to Mel sharing a lifetime of happiness and laughter. Loving mom to Shannon & husband Geoff Stephenson and Gordon & wife Shannon Hodgins. Cherished grandma to Sarah, Emma, Tyler and Lauren. Beloved sister of Karen and husband Ray Blackburn. Loved daughter of the late Isabelle and Warden Best. Dear daughter in-law of the late Gordon and survived by Noella Hodgins. Dear sister in-law of Garry & Sharon Hodgins, Brian & Pam Hodgins and Marlene & Mike Soulliere. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Laura loved to create crafts and enjoyed spending time with her beautiful grandchildren. Special thanks to Laura's nurse David Shaw of St. Elizabeth Health Care, CCAC, Hospice and to all her friends for their support. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Friday October 18, 2013 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 19, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
