Obituary of James Prokopetz

PROKOPETZ, James Passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at Windsor Regional Hospital- Met Campus, at the age of 84. Born in Shell Valley MB, son of the late Alek & Rose Prokopetz. Beloved husband of Rose (nee Morash) Prokopetz. Loving father of Rose Anne Prokopetz & Wayne Bonnetplume of Nanaimo, BC. Proud grandfather of Brandon and Alexander. Dear brother of Lena Holopine of Shell Valley MB, and Elsie Brenzan of Russell MB. James is predeceased by several brothers and sisters. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Panakhyda at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at St. Vladimir"s Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral (2000 Tecumseh Rd. E) from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
