Obituary of Margaret Loebach

LOEBACH, Margaret Elizabeth (Nee Mousseau) Passed away peacefully at her home in Woodslee on June 30th, 2013 at 93 years of age. Beloved wife and best friend for sixty-seven years of late Norbert (2008). Dearest daughter of Christina (1950) and Achille (1956). Loving mother of Joe (Ann Marie), John (Blanche), Terry (June), Michael (Pat), Pat (Wayne McKay), Mary (Rick Durocher), Larry (Patty) and Bob (MarySue). Treasured grandmother of Mark (Kerrie) , Janet , David (Jennifer) , Dan (Tina), Debbie (Mike) , Duane (Laura) , Dean (Joanne) , Jay (Naomi) , Robert , Christina , Mia (Scott), Alanna (Kyle), Kaitlin , Jeff (Breanne), Laura , Chris , Kim (Michael), Matt (Stephanie), Nicole , Andrew , Rachel , Brielle , Grace and fourteen great grandchildren. Cherished first cousin of Fr. Larry Mousseau. Survived by brother in law Bill Loebach and wife Ann, sisters in law Delia and Pat. Predeceased by brother Max (1988) and wife Lillian (1998). Margaret was born (1920), raised and lived her entire life in Woodslee. She was a devoted parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church in Woodslee and was actively involved in the Catholic Women"s league for over 60 years. She volunteered in the community canvassing for Right to Life, Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Prior to her illness she spent many hours visiting the sick and helping those in need. She enjoyed square dancing, golf and bowling. She was an avid bridge and scrabble player. Mom dedicated her life to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a source of unconditional love and support to us all. Her greatest pleasure was to be surrounded by her family and friends. Her motto was that there were no strangers in her home, only friends she hadn"t yet met. A heartfelt thank you to her dear friend and caregiver Joanne Mayzik whose loving care enabled Mom and Dad"s life long wish to remain in their home to come true. Further thanks to Comcare staff, especially Linda Malott, weekend care giver Rose Egbosimba, and the dedicated service of Nurse Lori Bachynski. The spiritual guidance of Father Lawrence has been a source of great comfort to Margaret and her family. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Tuesday July 2nd 2013 from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers Tuesday at 4 pm. Visiting on Wednesday July 3rd at St. John Evangelist Parish (Woodslee) from 10:00 am until time of funeral mass at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. John the Evangelist Cemetery.
